Before we can accept a contribution to one of OpenXC’s open source projects, we ask that all developers sign a Contributor License Agreement (CLA).
The CLA makes everyone’s rights clear. It states:

The most important thing about the CLA is that it doesn’t give the OpenXC Platform maintainers any special rights - it just makes your contribution more explicitly open source.
The form for the CLA will be sent to you by one of the OpenXC maintainers after you submit a pull request on GitHub with your contribution.
